The website builder

A Windows app you click through, with no coding. Start from a ready-made template for trades, salons, restaurants, cleaners, coaches and more, then change the words, pictures and colours.

Export finished websites as ordinary web files, with your branding and no AgencyCrate name on them. Install on up to two computers.

The training academy

Step-by-step lessons that take you from a blank page to a live website and your first paying client, with a task and a checklist at the end of every module, plus a printable workbook.

The client toolkit

The documents a small agency needs: client questionnaire, proposal, contract and project scope, quote and invoice, onboarding and launch checklists, email templates, outreach scripts and a pricing calculator. Word and PDF files you edit and reuse.

Your own agency website

Agency and Pro include a finished website for your own agency that you open in the builder and put your name on, plus a marketing pack with social posts, video scripts, a flyer and a price list.

With Pro, you choose a town or city and we reserve it for you. While it is yours, we will not knowingly sell AgencyCrate to anyone based there, so you are the AgencyCrate agency in your area.

What it means

  • Your town or city goes on our register of reserved areas
  • We will not knowingly sell Starter, Agency or Pro to anyone based there
  • You keep it for as long as you hold your Pro licence, with no renewal fee
  • We confirm your area in writing before you pay

What it does not mean

  • We cannot stop other people offering web design in your area, with or without AgencyCrate
  • Someone who bought AgencyCrate there earlier keeps their licence. We tell you before you pay if we know of one
  • We go by the location a buyer gives us, and cannot check it
  • It is not a promise of clients or income

Frequently asked questions

Do I need design or coding skills?

No. The builder is point and click and starts from ready-made templates. The Academy teaches the basics of good design, getting content from clients and going live.

What do I need to run it?

A Windows 10 or 11 computer. The websites you build are ordinary web pages that work on any device. You will also need hosting and a domain for each client site. Module 5 explains the options, and costs vary.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Each crate is one payment, with no subscription for the software or the materials. Hosting and domains for your clients' websites are separate, and you decide what to charge for them.

Can I put my own name on the websites?

Yes. Exports are white-label, so your clients see your agency, not ours. Your clients do not need a licence to own or run a website you built for them.

Can I resell the software or the training?

No. You can sell the websites you build, but not the builder, templates, lessons or documents as products of their own. The licence has the details.

How many computers can I use it on?

Up to two that you own or control. One licence covers one person or one agency.

How and when do I receive everything?

After your payment is confirmed we email your licence key and download links, normally within one business day. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact us.

What if it is not right for me?

You have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email us from the address you bought with and we refund you in full. See the refund policy.

How do exclusive areas work?

With Pro you reserve one town or city. We will not knowingly sell AgencyCrate to anyone based there while it is yours. We cannot stop others from offering web design in your area, and we go by the location buyers give us. We confirm your area in writing before you pay. See the Exclusive Area Terms.

Can I upgrade later?

Ask us. Send a message and we will tell you the best way to move up from your current crate. Areas are given first-confirmed, first-served, so an upgrade to Pro depends on your town still being free.

Does AgencyCrate guarantee I will earn money?
